THE ROCK HOTEL
The Rock Hotel is the Headquarters Hotel for the Congress. The Closing Reception will he held at the Rock on Saturday evening. The Rock is an elegant hotel with excellent facilities. We do not have a set price from the Rock but for Congress Delegates there is a 15% discount available off the lowest price available at the time. THE ELIOTT
The Eliott Hotel is an excellent quality hotel in the heart of the town. It has excellent facilities and is slightly more expensive than the Rock.
The above rates are per room, per night and are inclusive of full buffet breakfast. All rooms will be allocated with a balcony (subject to availability at the time of booking). Kindly note that we do not have triple rooms.
ELIOTT BOOKING POLICY:
• 50% deposit is required per room, upon booking
• Remaining 50 % is due 5 weeks prior to arrival
• 2-night minimum stay per booking

ELIOTT CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 4 weeks prior to arrival: No charge
• 3 weeks prior to arrival: 50% charge of the total value of the booking

THE EUROPA SUITES
Located next to the University, only a 5-minute walk to the Congress venue, the Europe Suites are modest but an extraordinary value. Rooms must be rented for the full week with the cost of only £150/week.
