Dear MSA Colleagues,

 

The 20th Annual MSA Congress is now history and we want to thank all of you who participated, it was a very successful Congress with over 200 presentations by scholars from 26 nations. Papers were of a very high quality and we encourage you to consider submitting your paper for possible publication in MEDITERRANEAN STUDIES Journal to:

We wish to extend very special thanks to Professor Alfred Vella, Rector, the University of Malta President of the 2017 Congress and Jean-Paul Baldacchino from the Mediterranean Institute and his colleagues for the great success of the Congress.

 

We now move on to the 21th MSA International Congress at the Sant’Anna Institute-Sorrento Lingue, Sorrento, Italy next May 30 – June 2, 2018.  Professor John Watkins, Program Committee Chair will be sending out the Call for Papers in August. We look forward to working with Cristiana Panicco, the President of the Institute. The beautiful and historic city of Sorrento will be a magnificent venue for the 2018 Congress.
