2017 Congress at the University of Malta
May 31 - June 3, 2017

Dear Fellow Colleagues,

I apologize for sudden plethora of MSA NEWSLETTERS, but after a lacuna of information, we now have considerable news to share with you. You were informed in the last NEWSLETTER that our new Pay Pal Payment system is finally up and running, if you experience problems please contact Louise Taggie at medstudiesassn@umassd.edu

POST TOUR
The presentation for the MSA Congress Post Tour (June 4 -8) is now on the MSA Website - mediterraneanstudies.org. Being a small country, Malta presented a unique challenge creating a post tour but you will find the end product a unique and exciting experience. While small in size, Malta is a wonder in its rich historical and natural diversity. The tour will offer among other experiences, the opportunity to see the amazing Neolithic sites on Gozo and Malta, the medieval Citadel of Victoria and walled town of Mdina, and Dwejra, the most spectacular natural monument in Malta. All four nights will be at five star hotels, the Ta Cenc in Gozo (June 4 & 5 and Grand Excelsior in Valletta. (June 6 & 7). While the Ta Cenc and Grand Excelsior Hotels are much more expensive than our usual post tour hotels, we are maintaining the tour price at $795. It will however be necessary to increase the single room supplement price of the tour. Space is limited on this tour so we urge you to register early for this great adventure. Please note on the new Pay Pal payment form you have the option of making a $200 deposit or making your payment in full.

UPDATE: Post-Tour hotel rooms are selling out quickly, so don't delay!

If you have questions regarding the post tour contact Ben or Louise Taggie at medstudiesassn@umassd.edu
